Commercial Design
The Associated Oregon Loggers’ commercial office which began in 2008 is part of a five building office complex located in the industrial park of Salem, Oregon. Multi⁄Tech’s engineering design and planning departments were instrumental in working with the City of Salem and the Associated Oregon Loggers to complete a building that fit both their present and future needs. Multi⁄Tech’s services included the parking lot, new city street improvements, bioswale design and construction, and commercial building design.

Multi-Family Complex
This is a 120 unit multi-family project constructed in Salem, Oregon. Multi⁄Tech Engineering’s civil, architectural, and surveying team designed and monitored the construction of this project in 2007.

Golf Club Estates at Creekside Residential Project
This aerial view shows Phase 9 of the Golf Club Estates at Creekside Residential Project while under construction. In the background are the recently completed Phase 8 lots and existing homes located in the earlier phases 2, 3, 4, 5 and 7. Multi⁄Tech provided the site engineering, surveying and construction monitoring for all phases of the project. To date, there have been 12 phases designed and constructed.

Rock of Ages Chapel
Multi⁄Tech worked with the client to design this addition to a chapel located near Newberg, Oregon. The design features reinforced concrete pier design, steel frame design, and glue-laminated timber design. Multi⁄Tech is currently also providing construction monitoring services to this project while construction is completed.

Site Engineering for DUTCH BROTHERS
Multi⁄Tech has completed the site engineering for Dutch Brothers locations in Oregon including West Salem (pictured), Salem on Mission Street, and Tigard, Oregon.

Topographic Survey
Land Surveying services coordinate the timing of services on clients’ projects and enhance the transfer of data between our surveyors and designers to meet the needs of our clients.

Culvert and Bridge Design
This three-sided box culvert was designed in conjunction with the Opal Estates Subdivision and Santiam Village Apartments. Multi⁄Tech provided Design Engineering Services that included street, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and domestic water.

Office and Retail Complex
The Hollywood Station Retail project in Salem, Oregon was a 2005 urban renewal project requiring collaboration with the City of Salem and other professional firms.Multi⁄Tech worked with a neighboring architecture firm in the design and engineering of the parking lot design, city street improvements, storm drainage, franchise utilities, sewer, and water line construction. Multi/Tech provided all construction staking along with the grid line staking for building.
