Mark Grenz, P.E., IC
Mark is CEO, and founder of Multi⁄Tech Engineering Services. Mark is a Registered Professional Engineer in the states of Oregon, Washington, California, and Nevada. He has a Specialty Certification in Environmental Engineering in Oregon. He has a BS in Civil Engineering from Oregon State University (1974) and has been providing engineering services for over 34 years.

Brenda James, P.L.S.I.T.
Brenda is a Land Surveyor in Training, and has been with the firm for over two years. She has an extensive background in record research, Plat and Survey Map preparation, and field survey work.

Matthew Hendrick, P.E.
Matt is a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Oregon. He has been with Multi⁄Tech Engineering Services for over 5 years. Prior to Multi⁄Tech, Matt was with Marion County Public Works Department, where he spent over 5 years in different sections of their operation. He worked with their survey group, roadway design group, and their plan review and permit section. Prior to his time with Marion County, Matt worked for 5 years with the Oregon State Marine Board. He has also spent 7 years working in the private sector as a design engineer. He has worked as a coordinator with ODOT, ODOT Rail, and communities within Oregon and Washington on both public and private projects.

Natalie Grenz, MS, E.I.T.
Natalie is one of the vice presidents of Multi⁄Tech. She has a Master’s of Science from Oregon State University in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in Environmental Engineering and Water Quality. As part of her thesis project, Natalie tested an existing wet quality pond to determine the unmaintained efficiency of the system in treating storm water runoff. Natalie has also completed graduate studies in the United Kingdom at the University of Nottingham, rated as one of the top 20 universities in the world for sustainability. Natalie has an BS with Honors (cum laude) in Civil Engineering from Oregon State University (2007).

Mark Grenz, P.E., I.C., Principal Engineer, has led the professional staff since the inception of the company. Presently, our firm has 20 employees including two registered professional engineers, a registered land surveyor, a land surveyor in training, a water quality expert (also an engineer in training), five project managers, two Land Use planners, three AutoCAD drafters, and excellent support staff.
 Multi⁄Tech has a LEED Accredited Professional on staff with knowledge in sustainability and will be able to assist in providing current and innovative information on building green. |
